Job description: About the Role

You’ll join OMD EMEA as a Paid Social Manager on our SC Johnson team recommending new ways to use advanced planning & buying to solve business challenges.

The SC Johnson team at OMD EMEA comprises circa 10 experts managing cross channel activity for the EMEA region. Not only is this team responsible for the strategic planning and buying of Programmatic, Search and Social advertising for this client, but we also lead the EMEA hub to instill best practice, training and new innovations across the region. This involves working across multiple teams, clients and regions to drive the best performance for our clients, and ultimately for OMD EMEA as an agency.

In this role you will be working across brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Ecover, Raid, and Autan. The key platforms covered are Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest and TikTok. This role also helps to manage any influencer amplification across EMEA markets.

The OMD EMEA Performance Community is client-centric, with teams of Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts working together to build cutting edge, compelling and successful strategies to grow our clients’ businesses.

The performance team work closely across the agency, so this role offers opportunities to acquire new skills across digital marketing and to work cross-channel.

About You

• Strong knowledge of the Meta, Pinterest & TikTok advertising marketplaces. You also need to be Meta Blueprint certified. Experience working with 4C would be a bonus
• You will lead the strategy for your clients and make sure that we are delivering best in class plans.
• You will be an expert in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
• You will have experience in creating presentations for clients and feel comfortable presenting.
• You will build good relationships with key partners and be up to date on their latest products.
• You will work with other channels, and feel confident discussing how social advertising fits into the overall marketing mix.
• You will be passionate about the opportunities within social advertising and challenge the client to think outside the box and test new ideas.
• You will lead clients briefs with the support of the Performance Director, ensuring that we are using the right data and insights and the right partners to deliver an innovative strategy.
