Project Details: My client is currently seeking a skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team for an exciting project within the Aviation industry. The scope includes resurfacing 2 runways valued at £80 million and addtional works that are currently in the ECI stage for a new taxi area all unders the NEC Option E contract.

Experience Required:
- Degree Qualified
- MRICS Accreditation
- Proven experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor
- Familiarity with NEC Option E contracts
- Knowledge of airport regulations
- Experience in managing complex projects
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the project
- Ensure adherence to Option E contract specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
- Manage budgetary requirements and financial aspects of the project
- Monitor and report project progress
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
