Job description: Job introductionAbout the roleAre you experienced with Design work and Marketing Channels. If so, this job could be suitable for you.We are looking for someone to join the team who can add value to our recruitment and retention process for Children’s Services. You will assist with promoting our live vacancies via channels such as Social Media, Radio and also via assisting with design for posters and leaflets.The work is varied and across a few different areas within Children’s Services and will involve using traditional channels but also continuously exploring new channels that we can utilise to promote East Sussex County Council.We are always looking to develop our staff and offer a variety of different training opportunities and in this role, you will have a lot of support from the Recruitment & Retention Strategic lead and the wider team.We will be shortlisting for interview based upon:
- Experience of marketing within a Social Care capacity.
- Experience of Social Networking and digital marketing techniques.
