Term: Full Time. Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday

RecruitAbility is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to provide fundamental support for their client’s growing business. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Management Team in development of the Marketing Strategy, including launches in 2024 of some new and exciting products, along with project management of a new website and support for our existing customers. For the right candidate, this could be a hybrid role on completion of probationary period.

You must be able to drive and have your own car, due to the location of the office.

The Role of Marketing Assistant:

  • Plan and deliver a robust and measurable product launch plan, including setting and monitoring success criteria
  • Work with our external agency to deliver a new website front end, including SEO and possible PPC
  • Marketing analysis of the current product range and planning new products to bring to market
  • Gain and maintain detailed knowledge of the market in order to assist with the development and implementation of business strategy
  • Day to day running of the marketing function including budgeting and tracking of costs
  • Continuous development of the marketing budget and needs of the business
  • Manage, maintain, and develop a customer & market led strategy across all social media channels, mainly LinkedIn
  • Tracking social media impact and creating useful monthly reporting
  • Assist the commercial team to review and improve the company SEO
  • Work with strategic suppliers on marketing activities to promote their brands to market

To be considered for the role of Marketing Assistant:

  • Degree or advanced certificate in Marketing (BSc/BA Preferred)
  • Knowledge of google analytics
  • Previous experience of working with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Collaborative approach to working within a team
  • Methodical and Analytical thinker
  • Strong organisation skills
  • PC Literate with a good working knowledge of MS office
  • You must be able to drive and have your own car, due to the location of the office. Public transport is not an option.

The Package for Marketing Assistant:

Salary: £24,000
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
