Due to exceptional growth and increasing sophistication in our approach to market we are now seeking to expand our marketing capabilities.Main Purpose of the JobTo demonstrate customer-led thinking, be able to produce high quality work and be extremely motivated to succeed in a fast paced and changing environment. We are looking for a graduate who can show professional communication and presentation skills, has both financial and commercial acumen and demonstrates a high level of trust and integrity.Responsibilities of the role :

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Create engaging content for website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements Required:

  • A Marketing or Business degree qualification (desirable) Relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Confident with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to manage your own time effectively
  • Excellent IT skills (such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
  • A full driving license (required)
  • Able to help identify market and customer trends and propose strategies to achieve success
  • Attention to detail
  • Drive passion and willingness to learn

Desirable but not essential:

  • Strong collaborations skills with internal teams
  • Relevant Marketing experience/vacation work
  • Any video / photography experience would be advantageous
  • Experience gained working within a busy, fast paced business environment
