About the Role
We’re searching for a Content Lead with deep experience in B2B SaaS, HR industry. You will help create and deliver on a content marketing strategy that drives SEO & Marketing Qualified Leads. Building awareness of solutions with our target audience, continuing to position the brand as a thought leader in our market.
Working within an energetic marketing function, making change, drive growth and have a major impact.
Responsibilities
- Acting with the Head of Creative, Communications, and Digital Experience. You will be responsible for creating the content marketing/SEO strategy, driving its successful implementation.
- Developing, optimise and scale our content marketing engine across key regions to support our marketing goals.
- Creating a content roadmap, processes and methods for delivering content to support SEO, digital buyer journeys. Extending marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
- Overseeing and help execute on a variety of content marketing activities. You will be a hands-on writer who loves delivering world-class thought leadership, white papers, blogs, podcasts and video.
- Sourcing engaging content via multiple methods to impact marketing campaigns and digital experiences.
- Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across editorial, product management, marketing and sales. You will ensure there is buy in and understanding about future plans, tactics and campaigns.
- Reporting on successes, ROI, SEO and always be looking for new opportunities to optimise performance.
Requirements·
- Demonstrate multi-media content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and have experience leading and growing a global team.
- Experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- Possess experience of building a content marketing strategy that impacts business results, delivering revenue and channel optimisations.
- Experience across content marketing channels and a passion for testing and learning.
- Manage all detail with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have experience within Human Resources information provider.
