You will be responsible for the creation and execution of regular customer communications, in addition to assisting the wider team on campaign execution to support demand generation and account growth.To be successful, you will need to be self-motivated, highly organised and a successful multi-tasker, able to work well under pressure and to short deadlines. This role requires a confident marketer who is eager to learn and develop new skills, but with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high performing campaigns.What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞
- Supporting the Demand Generation Marketing Managers in the planning, creation, execution and reporting of a full range of marketing activity to deliver:
- Lead generation and prospect nurture campaigns
- Customer relationship marketing and regular email communications to support Customer Advocacy teams in service delivery
- Creation and execution of regular communications, including customer and partner newsletters
- Copywriting to support content creation aligned to broader campaign messaging
- Creation of video content assets to support campaign and event execution
- Maintain marketing and product-related material on customer and internal portals
- Data management to maintain quality and improve campaign success
- Monitoring industry and competitor activity to inform marketing plans
- Monitoring and management of enquiries into the marketing inbox and marketing line
- Adhere to and support promotion of company brand guidelines with internal stakeholders
- Regular reporting to wider stakeholders on marketing activity and performance
- Opportunity to support the utilisation of multiple integrated channels
- Regular campaign analysis and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement and return on marketing investment
- Liaison with key business stakeholders to coordinate approvals and follow up as required
- Monitor UK telecoms and vertical market trends, competitive propositions, and marketing programmes to inform activity and drive engagement
- Develop and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Develop a good understanding of our value proposition and go to market messaging for our products and solutions to inform copywriting and campaign creation aligned to Ideal Customer Profiles
- Maintain an ethical approach to all marketing activity, in adherence with broader compliance and industry regulation, including GDPR
What you’ll need 🚀
- Demonstrable experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with proven success in supporting the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Previous experience in a technology marketing role, or similar sector advantageous
- Good understanding of marketing techniques and strategies
- Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms – Salesforce, Pardot or similar
- Experience in digital marketing application
- Strong copywriting capability is essential, in addition to good presentation and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of Adobe Creative suite
- WordPress or similar CMS skills desirable
- Experience using virtual event or webinar platforms advantageous
