Job Description

- You understand why Epsilon matters to our clients, and the role of technology in deploying outcome driven marketing for brands across verticals and consumer segments.
- You are an expert on digital marketing techniques, and know how to get campaigns off the ground.

- You enjoy explaining how technology is at the heart of data driven insights and action
- You thrive in information rich environments that need you to consume and process new information quickly
What you will enjoy in this role:
- You will see how effective B2B strategies can reduce the runway for Sales teams. Sales funnel, top and mid-funnel content, demand gen and nurture campaigns, closed loop marketing – you’ve done it, and are looking for some degree of independent responsibility
- The structure of ABM led B2B marketing that puts you in charge of audiences as well as content to optimise for results
- Coordinating across multiple BUs to tell a good story, and handing over leads to the Sales team will see you stay close to marketing results
- Working in an international environment where every colleague is a collaborator and a friend
Key Responsibilities:
- You will partner closely with external lead gen agencies to execute on ABM plans.
- Manage all paid digital campaigns from end to end with commitment to meet certain targets.
- Manage the website, which includes working with the US on global site plans, optimising sites by location, maximising our use of tools available to us
- Deploy expertise across platforms like Salesforce, Eloqua, HubSpot, Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio
- Manage content calendars and social media content
- Manage partner marketing, vendor relationships, campaign coordination and performance tracking
- Partner with the sales leaders and own marketing performance reporting to track key metrics and ROI for all marketing activities, including analytics, campaign metrics, and dashboards across all marketing channels.
- Working with Sales to ensure effective lead follow up.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B or Martech.
- Experience in Digital Marketing including Display, Social – Organic and paid, e-mail marketing, Content marketing (inbound), Web marketing
- Marketing / CRM platforms experience and understanding (Salesforce)
- Marketing reporting
- Project management
