I have an exciting newly created role for a marketing manager to join a successful construction/property business!

Due to increased sales activity the company are able to bring the marketing function in house for the first time and are seeking a driven and motivated Marketing Manager.

We are seeking a talented individual with a breadth of skills covering digital marketing, copywriting and creating collateral such as signage, leaflets, brochures etc. With the added bonus of support from external agencies if needed.

The ideal candidate will come from a construction or property background; however this is not essential and the client is open to different industry backgrounds, providing you have proven experience delivering the core marketing skills mentioned above.

Summary of roles and responsibilities:

– You will create vibrant marketing campaigns to capture the interest of new customers, in order to generate sales. Manage digital marketing campaigns and all social media platforms with daily content and engagement. -[
– Full responsibility of managing and updating the company website with copyright content and responding to enquiries as well as creating monthly newsletters. -[
– You will manage the marketing and advertising budgets
Additional Experience required:

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role -[
– Strong IT skills to include – All Microsoft Office Software, Google Analytics, SEO and PPC. -[
– Proven design, layout and proof-reading skills -[
– Experience of managing budgets and forecasting.
