Job description: As the Marketing Manager you will lead, develop, manage and implement cost-effective marketing solutions to achieve business objectives.
As the Marketing Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
- Marketing lead generation (>40 qualified leaders per month)
- Branding – you will be responsible for the branding and image of the Group
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all facets of inbound marketing, including content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and more
- Utilize data-driven SEO strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Ensure annual quality objectives are met.

The successful Marketing Manager will have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- A research driven and strong data driven mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue
growth * Strong track record in SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – or the willingness to learn and use.
My client is a growing technology and telecommunications business, with offices based in Henley-on-Thames.
The successful candidate will receive:
£45,000 – £50,000 DOE
3 days office based (Mon, Tues, Weds) and 2 days from home
Hours – 08:30 – 17:30.
Expected salary: £45000 per year
