As the Marketing Manager, you’ll execute strategies across CRM funnels, marketing automations, and paid advertising to engage and onboard users. The role is primarily analytical and requires a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and trends.

In a nutshell, you’ll drive user acquisition, increase product adoption, and support the company’s growth objectives.

  • Reporting: Head of Marketing.
  • Location: Manchester, UK hybrid, working in the office when needed.
  • Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Take charge by actioning plans and improving workflows to onboard users.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Research and adapt new marketing technologies.
  • Create campaigns and optimise automation workflows.
  • Identify and implement lead generation growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments, feeding back into marketing.
  • Enhance marketing copywriting, A/B testing for the best results.
  • Own end-to-end task management, from concept to execution.
  • Promote brand products to increase customer acquisition.
  • Analyse and craft bespoke reports across the entire user journey.
  • Share digital marketing industry changes within the company.

Location

The role is open to anyone UK-based. However, being a commutable distance from Manchester city centre for office days would be beneficial. The office is easily accessible from both Manchester Victoria (5 min walk) and Piccadilly (15 min walk) stations.

Requirements

Working across multiple brands, you’ll need a methodical and disciplined approach.

  • Analytical and proactive – think Sherlock Holmes on espresso.
  • Adaptable tone of voice, communicating with customers and shareholders alike.
  • 100% organised (Stacey Solomon has got nothing on you).
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing toolkits: CRMs, CMSs, and ad platforms.
  • Methodical thinker. Nothing gets past you, and every… detail… matters.
  • Basic photo, audio, and video editing knowledge, like the Adobe Suite.
  • A pragmatic approach, preferring to get things done.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM and GA4 to monitor performance.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within digital marketing.
