Working with an award-winning housing developer, we are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities. Are you an enthusiastic marketing professional with a skill for creating original content? This is a great opportunity, that will allow you to unleash your potential.

Taking the helm, as the litterateur, behind campaigns, website and social media channels, you will lead marketing campaigns, sharing your expertise and playing a key role in business growth and showcase the quality housing developments that are on offer.

The role:

• Create one of a kind, eye catching campaigns to truly showcase the housing developments, including signage, leaflets, brochures.
• Manage digital campaigns and social media presence, creating new ideas, posts, images, responding to messages, posts etc.
• Produce innovative copywriting content for the website.
• Establish marketing and advertising budgets.
• Use Google Analytics, SEO and PPC to track performance.
• Create content newsletters, events, and company literature.

To be considered:

• Have experience of working in a relevant role, minimum 2 years.
• Significant copywriting experience
• Experience in creating/delivering a targeted marketing strategy.
• Social media proficiency with experience handling business posts
• An understanding of customer profiling and market data to drive effective campaigns.
• Knowledge of the construction / property market – advantageous
• Excellent writing skills
• The ability to use Microsoft Office Software
• A relevant industry higher-level qualification
