As the Marketing Manager, your primary focus will revolve around promoting our agency, boosting brand visibility, and steering business growth. Your strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and outstanding communication skills will play a crucial role in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies, ultimately enhancing our agency’s standing in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the agency, elevate brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint target audiences, identify industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities, guiding marketing initiatives.
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, encompassing digital, social media, email marketing, events, PR, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling marketing collateral, spanning website content, blog articles, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand the agency’s reach and amplify brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute agency events, industry conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements to position the agency as a thought leader.
  • Stay vigilant on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and bolster lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  • Agency experience
  • Management experience (large or small teams)
