What are we looking for?
- University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management or equivalent
- Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies
- Proven experience in Brand Manager role
- Excellent project management skills
- Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead creation of the in-year plan and deploy the regional strategy.
Supports the Dolmio Manager in driving a compelling and engaging brand vision and strategy in collaboration with global brand team * Supports the Dolmio Manager with the annual brand Flywheel analysis and creating the key jobs to be done.
- Leads the annual ICP briefing with the cross-agency team, developing the brief, feedback on response and refining the final plan for deployment.
Executes specific parts of the overall Dolmio strategic cell growth plan in the region.
Is accountable for brand’s execution across relevant touchpoints
Engages UK associates & customers on brand strategy, NPD & activation with impactful communication
Partners with Dolmio Manager, global team and market activation to create effective brand content. Leverages Insight to Manage Brand
On-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews, inform & collaborate with Dolmio Manager & global team to develop brand plan, and then develop & deploy the marketing activity calendar in market.
Lead the overall management of the Dolmio A&CP budget with monthly reconciliation, YE management and accrual process. Liaise frequently with UK Finance Team
Undertake post activity reviews and use these to inform future activity. Range Management & Innovation
Supports creation of the brand innovation pipeline and deployment in the UK
Supports review of performance of current range and any innovation/renovation activity, recommending course correction as required and delivering aligned changes across the region. * Lead the Dolmio Brand Growth team (BGT) with a cross-functional team to review performance, develop SOPs, address business opportunties and risks ensuring flow through to further business forums.
