Job Description:

  • As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the marketing strategies to drive business growth. You’ll work across the full marketing mix.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Create and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels.
  • Analyse marketing data to track campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimise strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing efforts remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales targets.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system to track leads, customer interactions, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Expected salary: £35000 – 48000 per year
