Marketing Team Leader at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College

Job Description

  • Ability to work with multiple departments, manage multiple projects and workload, using initiative to make decisions and experience of line managing people.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of managing and reporting on Social Paid / Search and Display campaigns for both prospecting and remarketing approaches
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager), to ensure fully trackable digital activities, as well as being able to extract and report on data from different platforms. 

Responsibilities for the role:

  • To manage the College’s digital marketing strategy in line with our department objectives, alongside the Senior Web and Digital Marketing Officer.   
  • To work with the senior web and digital marketing officer on development projects to improve the customer experience as well as increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • To line manage and oversee the workload for direct reports to deliver work for the digital marketing remit.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton. This is a great place to live with plenty of social and other facilities together with great transport links.
