Job description: Master Data Lead, Master Data Analyst, Evolve, SQL, Data, Data Analyst, ERP Analyst, ERP, Data Migration, Business Process mapping, Dynamics AX, DAX, System21, S21, Power BI, Excel, BOM, Database Management, Database Analyst – Leicester – £40-50000 per annumThe main purpose of the Master Data Lead role is to ensure the quality and integrity of Master Data across the organisation. You will act as a gatekeeper, responding to requests from stakeholders and ensuring that agreed standards and processes are adhered to; this includes checking for inconsistencies plus analysing and resolving issues arising from data errors. The Master Data Lead will be accountable for the accuracy and consistency of Master Data. You will need to have excellent experience and skill working with MS Excel.This is an operational role so the successful candidate will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.Responsibilities;

  • Ensure all Supply chain systems are maintained, and any incidents are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner (Evolve/AX/Excel spreadsheets & Bi Reports)
  • Take ownership for major or complex issues and manage through to resolution, liaising with Group IT and external IT system providers
  • Set up new suppliers, customers and Depots within Evolve
  • Oversee data transfer between systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX – Evolve – Excel
  • Maintenance of Items within Microsoft Dynamics AX – item set up, BOM maintenance, pricing of items and finished goods.
  • Communicate and manage all IT downtime and system upgrades on site, provide advice and guidance as necessary
  • Responsible for sharing best practice and keeping up to date with latest developments from around the group, industry and our software vendors

Experience required;

  • Excellent experience working with Excel
  • Knowledge/Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX , SQL Reporting, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Flexible approach to working/working in a team.
