- A good maintenance related technical knowledge of aircraft systems
- A good working knowledge of Company requirements associated with aircraft maintenance, Health & safety and human factors
- A good understanding of operating in the offshore environment with an appreciation of the customer’s needs
- Good team working abilities
- Good basic education with apprenticeship or armed forces training
- Good hand skills
