£65’000 (DOE) + Progression + 28 days holiday (+BH) + extra day each year of service up to 33 days per year + 5% pension + health plan

In this role you will provide mechanical engineering expertise to develop a wide range of equipment and machinery for a range of interesting projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience designing mechanical and electro-hydraulic equipment & compiling design engineering calculations.

The role:

• Designing a range of high quality mechanical and electro-hydraulic equipment
• Compiling design engineering calculations
• Engineering reports

The person:

• Have previous experience in a similar role designing mechanical and electro-hydraulic equipment within Subsea, Oil & gas, marine industries
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical equations & compiling design engineering calculations (mechanical /structural)
• Knowledge of winches, drive systems, rotating equipment, bearing arrangements
