Job description: As the Medical Workforce team, we are extremely passionate about recruiting the right people for the right job to ensure that our community is given the healthcare they desire and deserve.To provide an effective and efficient comprehensive recruitment administration service and advice to all service users, ensuring that the service provided meets agreed quality standards, and that all on boarding of pre-employment checks is processed in a timely manner enabling the Trust to reduce it’s ‘time to hire’ and meet the agreed key performance indicators and HR Metrics.Main duties of the job

  • Provide a Resourcing supportive service to managers of designated areas, providing advice and guidance on recruitment matters, such as;
  • Recruitment and selection processes and procedures.
  • Recruitment best practice.
  • Relevant employment law guidance i.e. Equality Act 2010.
  • Terms and conditions advice (e.g. annual leave, enhancements)
  • Pay queries
  • Co-ordinate and attend Medical interviews.
  • Complete pre-employment clearances for Medical candidates.
  • Arrange start dates for candidates and attend Trust Welcome Days to complete their ID verification.
