The Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge wishes to appoint a full-time Mental Wellbeing Pillar Manager to join the KPMG-Cambridge Partnership ‘Future of Work’: Mental Wellbeing Pillar (MWB), led by Professor Gordon Harold with co-leads Professors John Aston (Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics) and Diane Coyle (Department of Politics and International Studies).
About the Role
The role holder will be responsible for overall management of the Mental Wellbeing Pillar, including day-to-day operations, reporting, communications, supporting stakeholder engagement, and overseeing and managing the MWB Pillar’s internal funding scheme. The role holder will have responsibility for the operational planning and oversight of internally funded projects. The role holder will work collaboratively with the MWB Pillar Lead and Co-leads, postdoctoral researchers and other MWB Pillar team members and stakeholders spanning multiple academic and professional practice disciplines to develop and deliver world-leading research to address the pillar strands.
- Candidates will be educated to degree level or above, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience of project management, preferably in a higher education setting and across multiple projects and sites.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
