We have an administrative role in the lucrative field of Merchandising, working for a high street retailer.Merchandising Admin Assistant Responsibilities

• Preparing documents for weekly trade meetings
• Liaising with suppliers daily
• Data input using the in-house systems accurately
• Updating the weekly sales documents
• Collating sales figures, identifying the best sellers and the underperforming sellers
• General administration and office maintenance
• Monitoring the critical path to ensure stock is coming in on time
• Flagging any delays and issues with stock
• Raising purchase orders

Merchandising Admin Assistant Skills and Experience

• Competent using Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and numerical understanding
• Can communicate effectively to all levels
