Job description
A leading international practice known for its strengths in the M&A and private equity transactions are looking to hire a mid-senior Associate to their corporate practice in London.
The practice is a top tier ranked within the corporate mid-market space in London and this role is working with some of the markets leading clients.
You will be required to advise on broad range of matters such as private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and general corporate work. Matters are primarily cross-border, complex with exciting brands and offer the associate a great deal of responsibility in leading on matters, managing clients and juniors.
The firm boast a fantastic, relaxed working culture, a great work/life balance whilst still working for a leading, international brand and you will be part of a top tier corporate practice. They also offer a genuine opportunity to progress through the firm, whether this is to partner or counsel level.
Applicants
- Strong academics, articulate with a solid foundation gained within corporate and M&A from a branded law firm.
- 4-8 PQE with appetite to get involved with complex, cross border matters and deal with clients directly
