We’re seeking a dynamic Motion & Graphic Designer to join a thriving social agency based in London. You’ll closely collaborate with the creative, strategic, and production teams to produce work for a leading global automotive company across campaigns, social media and OOH.
Your responsibilities encompass the full campaign life-cycle – from interpreting briefs and enhancing team concepts to active involvement in ideation and producing stunning static & motion graphics. You’ll help lead agency motion and design projects, from hands-on tasks to guiding junior designers.

WHAT YOU DO
- Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion.
- Flexibility to work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final delivery.
- Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative challenges.
- Collaborate with strategists, writers and client managers to construct engaging stories.
- Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to be brave.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and creative design, art direction & typographic skills
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to the brand values.
- Lead on projects and support others as necessary by collaboration with other teams.
- Proactively push the quality of the output both internally & through suppliers.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 4+ years working in similar roles within the industry. Proven experience in the social / broadcast industry ideal.
- Recognised by the team as a key contributor and an expert to the client regarding motion design.
- Strong skillset in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core Adobe CC Software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
- Experience in Cinema 4D / Red Shift / Octane is an advantage.
- Good understanding of design principles, with experience working to brand guidelines.
- Eye for detail, solid typographic skills and a flair for design.
- Problem solver with a desire to find effective solutions.
- Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles and guidance into branding.
- Be available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
- Open to continuous learning and development.
- You take ownership of deliverables, managing project streams independently and efficiently.
- You are always approachable and have a good-natured service attitude.
- You respond quickly and be able to tolerate stress.
