Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing a talented sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities of a Motorcycle Sales Manager with our client:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the motorcycle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock turnover, and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure a well-maintained and diverse inventory.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional events and sales initiatives to drive dealership traffic and boost sales.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the management team to set and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in motorcycle sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry and market trends.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for motorcycles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
