Job description: Xpertise are looking for a Network Engineer to join a client of ours within the Aviation sector on a contractual basis.Technical, Cloud (AWS or Azure) knowledge would be advantageous, alongside previous experience within the Aviation industry would be extremely desirable and make you a favorable candidate.
- £350 – £450 Inside IR35 (per day)
- 2-days a week on site in the London office
- 6-month contract (renewal option)
Network Engineer – Responsibilities:
- Creation and implementation of configuration changes as per requirements in WAN & LAN interfaces
- Configuration of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
- Configuration of DHCP scopes in server
- Configuration of access-lists and updating as per requirements
Network Engineer – Requirements:
- Knowledge of WAN & LAN interfaces
- Understanding of Cisco Meraki environments
- Experience in supporting and testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs etc.
- Knowledge of SNOW in ticketing systems.
- Experience with networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet & OSPF
