Job description: Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Recovery Team.Location: NewhamPay Rate: £30 per hour (assignment rate)Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contractShift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pmRequirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- NMC Registration
- Experience of working in the community, should be familiar with Caseload Management and administering depot injection
- Have knowledge of crisis intervention and general mental health procedures in the community together with physical health needs of patient on their caseload
- RiO user – access to RiO/knowledge of using RiO
- Have knowledge of Recovery CPA Documentation which include DIALOG+, My Safety Plan, Adult Risk Management
- Caseload Management skills
- Depot Administration skills
- Duty Work Crisis Management/Intervention skills
- Managing physical Wellbeing of patient skills
- AMHP Referral and Liaison skills
- Joint working with other outside agencies skills
