Location: Reading
Contract Type: Ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £31 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift Pattern: Full Time – part time will be considered

Duties:
- Be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of patients referred to the Occupational Therapy team
- Formulate and deliver an individual occupational therapy treatment programme based on advanced clinical knowledge of current practice, evidence based practice and treatment options, using advanced clinical assessment and reasoning skills
- Undertake home visits to facilitate discharges from hospital
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
- Car driver (preferred)
