Pharmacy Specialist Pay Rate: £30 – £31 per hour (assignment rate)
Location: Manchester
Contract Type: Locum – 2 Months
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 17:00 pm, 37.5 hours per week

Duties:
- Responsible for providing a high quality, comprehensive clinical medicines optimisation service primarily to GP surgeries
- Identify and resolve medicines-related issues on transfer between care settings, be able to provide medicines management support as per Service Level Agreements
- Providing support to other CMOS workstreams as necessary
Requirements of the Pharmacy Specialist:
- GPHC Registration
- NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
- Experience of working in GP surgery, preferable experience in hospital pharmacy
