Job description: Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.Location: StowmarketPay Rate: £24.58 – £25.58 per hour (assignment rate)Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contractShift Pattern: Full time. 09:00 am – 17:00 pm, Monday – Friday.Duties:
- Undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with appropriate supervision, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary and multiagency environment
- Managing a caseload and the provision of Mental Health Care services in the community to people of any age with a dementia diagnosis, and Older People with a functional mental health diagnosis and complex needs
Requirements of the Senior Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner:
- NMC Registration
- Qualified social worker or Occupational therapist with experience of working within mental health
