Job description: First Choice Staff are recruiting for Night Warehouse Operatives based in Southall!
Location: Southall
Hours: Monday to Friday 20:00pm – 05:00am
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:
· You will be required to assist with loading and unloading vehicles carrying a variety of cargo using a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, as well as performing some manual handling.
· You will be expected to use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
· Process paperwork in accordance with our clients requirements.
· For any cargo coming into the facility, you will be required when unloading, to check for any discrepancies, damage or any areas of concern.
· Overseeing build and break down of pallets and ensuring pallets are labelled correctly.
· X-raying screening goods
Skills required to be a Warehouse Operative:
.Knowledge and understanding of how Logistics or other large airfreight organisations operate.
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
·X-ray screener and NXCT is highly advantageous.

Previous Warehouse experience.
Have Forklift experience.
To provide 5 years checkable employment history.
Dangerous goods experience / trained
COS experience (screening experience)
