My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its Manchester office. In this role, you will provide legal advice and support on a range of non-contentious construction matters, collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, expand your legal knowledge, and contribute to the success of this construction practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on various non-contentious construction matters, including procurement, drafting contracts, and project documentation
- Assist in negotiating, reviewing, and finalising construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements
- Provide legal guidance on construction-related issues, such as regulatory compliance, risk management, and project financing
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments affecting construction law
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and contribute to the preparation of legal opinions
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and networking events
