What will you be doing?

As a member of our team you will help shape and drive a breadth of exciting & transformational work across all our industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences and Central Government)

Our Organisation Design & Operating Model roles are about partnering with our clients to solve their most complex problems. Our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in leadership and culture change, organisational design, operating model definition, Agile, Lean, service design and technology to design a solution that meets that specific client’s need. We pride ourselves on being a bit more geek than generalist and live by the mantra: Be kind, be curious, be great at work. Our people have the opportunity to work with our clients on really interesting work, for example:

  • Helping organisations set their vision for transformation, expected outcomes and define their organisational wide problem statements to help set the strategic direction
  • Supporting our clients to redesign their operating model so that the organisation is structured to deliver end to end value for the customer
  • Translating top level decision making into detailed organisation design, including job descriptions, role impacts, consultation preparation and HR support
  • Designing and delivering complex transformations, aimed at helping our clients become more agile and adaptable, both in the technology-focussed areas and in the wider business.
  • Working alongside our client leaders to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organisations, both among the leadership and their people.
  • Developing and delivering strategies to help our clients scale new ways of working across their organisations, in a manner that ensures new ways of working are sustained.
  • Leaving behind a lasting capability in the client – at Baringa we believe that the client should learn from us so that they can repeat the successes themselves and we take this very seriously.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for great candidates with experience in a selection of the following:

  • Target Operating Model definition
  • Organisational agility transformations
  • Agile organisation operating model definition
  • Transformation strategy and definition
  • Experience of winning hearts and minds and putting people at the heart of the transformation.
  • Developing capability in change teams through coaching and training delivery
  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
