Job description
We are supporting a leading national advice and wealth management business who deliver holistic and hybrid advice with market-leading investment solutions. This will all be supported by best-of-breed modern technology which will create efficiency’s and value in the business.
The growth strategy leads to a single brand, where all colleagues will work in a supportive and progressive environment to build a truly exceptional advice and wealth management business.
This role will see you working with hubs across the UK in the South East, Midlands, and Northern regions.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- First line management
- Streamlining process and systems.
- Ensuring that the working environments run efficiently
- Spending 3 days a wee visiting offices within the management of the role
- Managing the administration aspects for the financial planners ensuring a high level of service is always delivered to the clients.
- Ensure the offices are staffed adequately being responsible for holiday requests, recruitment and appraisals
- Implementing coaching and training sessions with new members of staff

The ideal candidate:
- Will have previous Advice and Wealth Management experience within Financial Services
- Previous Team Management experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to work under time pressure on high profile matters
- Experience in performance management, quality and efficiency improvement
- Experience of working within a National Advice firm
