Are you an Operations Manager or similar with experience overseeing people in a manufacturing environment looking to join the senior management team and truly make your mark on one of the most influential Automotive companies in the world?

In this role you will be overseeing a department of over 100 employees with shift managers and team leaders in place beneath you. You will champion continuous improvement activities while managing spend and headcount within budget for the department. You will have a strong technical team beneath you to assist with the more technical side of the manufacturing processes. A big part of the role will also be implementing and monitoring KPI’s as well as leading from the front regarding the companies ethos and principles.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar from a manufacturing background looking to step into the senior management team of a global, powerhouse manufacturer offering the opportunity to truly make their mark in a department with over 100 members of staff.

The Role:

• Managing the cost and spend within budget of an entire department
• Implementing and monitoring KPI’s to ensure performance as well as championing continuous improvement activities
• Leading from the front foot regarding the companies principles and ethos
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, finish at 1:30pm on Friday, 37.5 hours a week, Relatively flexible working hours
