Job description: Enviroflow, a member of RSK Group are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all night time operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our drainage services between Leeds and Manchester.

Enviroflow are a well-established Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance company based near Leeds. With a fleet of top-of-the-line Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work directly with our Operations manager over the Amey motorways contracts.
  • To act as point of contact for our clients and our own operatives during shift.
  • To be point of contact for our reactive services – such as flooding & emergency drainage repairs.
  • To take responsibility for providing adequate resourcing dependent on workload, which can vary night to night.
  • To provide on – site supervision over our cyclic, reactive & planned drainage works.
  • To provide detailed reports on works carried out and works required.

Person Specification:

  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Relevant experience in drain and sewer cleaning maintenance operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment
  • Will have excellent communication skills, written, in person and over the phone.
  • Will have confidence to advise and assist our operatives and deliver briefs & toolbox talks to large groups.
  • Will have extensive knowledge of the drainage industry – it is important to know why we do what we do as well as how.
