Due to the nature of this role, to be consider you must either hold or be eligible to obtain DV clearance.ResponsibilitiesYou will become the primary focal point for the following:
- Responsible for equipment upgrades as required
- Act as a reference point for in depth system knowledge
- Assist in the mentoring and training of other operators when necessary
- Ensuring correct hand over procedures are followed and any faults are reported
- Production of accurate and efficient real-time reporting
- Maintaining high quality and health & safety standards at all times
- Undergo any training and/or courses deemed as necessary for the role
Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceThe successful candidate will have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
- Ideally experience in a relatable role
- Comfortable with IT systems and able to manipulate data
- Able to utilise a variety of analytical techniques to problem solve
- Acts with integrity and professionalism
- Strong people skills, with the ability to coach and mentor
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and influence others in doing the same
