Job description: Abacus Careers is excited to partner with our client, a global leader in consulting, business services, and technology, in their search for an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect/Business Analyst.

You will be jumping into a hands-on delivery role within the ERP Service Delivery team – translating business objectives, mapping system roadmaps, and supporting the Oracle Service Delivery team.

What will you be doing?

  • Translating business objectives and requirements into solution designs
  • Mapping system roadmaps and quarterly updates to business objectives and key requirements
  • Supporting the Oracle Service Delivery team by providing options and recommendations, and guiding the delivery of solutions in line with ERP design principles
  • Coordinating automated testing and ensuring quality of system updates – you will be involved in all phases of testing.
  • Requirements analysis and identifying solution gaps.
  • Working in both Waterfall and Agile environments

The person:

  • You will be able to work independently and think creatively, whilst balancing ambiguity and integrating diverse views into coherent designs. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders of all levels. You’ll be excited by the opportunity of learning new technologies and bring your strong analytical skills to the forefront.

What do you need?

  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, with hands on experience in the design and delivery of technical solutions in an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation (TOGAF qualifications desirable)
  • Experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience of designing lean solutions (Lean Six Sigma desirable)
  • Experience of Continuous Improvement methods, ERP solutions and a strong knowledge of technology trends
