Company: Baringa
Job description: Organisational Agility Consulting – Senior Manager
About Baringa:
We set out to build the world’s most trusted consulting firm – creating lasting impact for clients and pioneering a positive, people-first way of working. We work with everyone from FTSE 100 names to bright new start-ups, in every sector.
You’ll find us collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. Our clients love how we get to know what makes their organisations tick – slotting seamlessly into their teams and being proudly geeky about solving their challenges.
As a Certified B Corporation®, we’ve proven that we’ve built social and environmental good into every bit of what we do.
We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world – from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Find us wherever there’s a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.

Our Operations and Organisational Transformation practice are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team, specifically focussing on Organisational Agility.
At Baringa we don’t believe that Agile methods and tools are a stand-alone answer – our approach is to bring together our deep expertise in leadership and culture change, organisational design, Agile, Lean, systems thinking, service design and technology to design a solution that meets that specific client’s need. We pride ourselves on being a bit more geek than generalist and live by the mantra: Be kind, be curious, be great at work. Our people have the opportunity to work with our clients on really interesting projects:
What you will be doing:
- Designing and delivering complex programmes and projects, aimed at helping our clients become more agile and adaptable, both in how they run and change their businesses
- Working alongside our client leaders to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organisations, both among the leadership and their people.
- Support our clients in developing and embedding new agile management systems (i.e. governance, funding, strategic prioritisation, tooling), that enable the organisation to operate at pace while under control.
- Developing and delivering strategies to help our clients scale new ways of working across their organisations, in a manner that ensures new ways of working are sustained.
- Developing their knowledge of how to use Lean Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Service Design, etc.) to transform a Customer Journey or value stream end to end
- Redesigning the operating model so that the organisation is structured to deliver end to end value for the customers
Leaving behind a lasting capability in the client – at Baringa we believe that the client should learn from us so that they can repeat the successes themselves and we take this very seriously.
