Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Outpatient Reception Team This role will be based at Kent & Canterbury HospitalMain duties of the jobOur team are focused on service delivery and patient care and we are looking for individuals who are self motivated with a genuine desire to give gold standard care at every level.The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.The position requires face to face contact with patients in the Outpatients reception area, booking patients in for their outpatients appointments and other Outpatients administration duties.The position requires the applicant to have knowledge of Microsoft Office alongside an ability to communicate effectively.About usWe are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with fivehospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
