Job title: Outsourcing Finance Manager – Practice SECTOR

Job description: Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of c.80 clients, under both IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Management of a broader team of 8, ensuring a high calibre of work produced for clients
  • Jump in and be hands on in the production of accounts when required

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a reputable mid-size accounting firm to find a new leader for their outsourcing team.

Skills/experience required:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
  • Experience from a small to mid-size accounting firm, preparing accounts (specifically management accounts & VAT)
  • Experience managing and conducting appraisals, even if just for 1-2 people
  • UK GAAP experience
  • Xero accounting software experience
  • Confident personality with the desire to be involved in business development
