KRG has been engaged to support a leading digital performance agency in hiring of an experienced Instagram and TikTok Media Buyer who excels in strategising, implementing, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns to drive conversions, lead generation, and mobile app installs across diverse industries, including eCommerce, technology, and B2B businesses. The ideal candidate is results-driven, possessing a proven track record of achieving purchase targets, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and CPI objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of ad campaign dynamics and the ability to transition from testing to scaling successfully.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to meet the unique goals of eCommerce, technology, and B2B clients.

Campaign Setup and Optimization: Create, set up, and continuously optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.

Scaling Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to scale campaigns, taking daily budgets from £100 to £1000 while maintaining strong performance.

Creative and Copy Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of creative assets and ad copy to engage users, stop scrolling, and achieve high click-through rates (CTR).

Audience Testing: Thoroughly test interests, behaviors, and Lookalike Audiences (LALs) and employ advanced tactics like layering, stacking, manual bidding, and objective testing.

Competitive Research: Stay updated with competitors’ top-performing creatives and provide briefs for rapid creative development, facilitating efficient testing.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent project management skills to ensure successful campaign execution.

Technical Proficiency: Set up pixels and pixel events, configure audiences, and utilize tools to streamline ad management processes for optimal campaign performance.

Multichannel Marketing: Exhibit a strong passion for digital marketing across various channels, including social media, advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and website & marketing audits.

Post-Click Focus: Understand the significance of post-click activities, including conversion rate optimization, email marketing strategies, and growth hacks to enhance overall campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in running Instagram and TikTok ad campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and mobile app installs.

Track record of scaling daily ad budgets from £100 to £1000.

Expertise in creative and copy testing to boost CTR.

Proficiency in audience testing techniques, including interests, behaviors, and LALs.

Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical skills in pixel implementation and audience setup.

Knowledge of digital marketing across multiple channels and tactics.

Understanding of post-click activities, including conversion rate optimization, email marketing, and growth hacking.
