Reporting into Alex (our Senior PPC & Programmatic Marketing Manager), who likes to set you off in the right direction and see what magic you can come up with. This is a small team of four (including Alex), and you will be working alongside two other Paid Media Executives. \n

As one of our Paid Media Executives, you’ll:

• run the day to day activation, optimisation, and reporting for campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other advertising platforms
• audit media accounts to improve performance
• partner with Brand, Product, Finance, and Analytics teams
• proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns’ performance
• work with external agencies to run all programmatic displays

We’re looking for someone who is:

• experienced in media buying (the main thing is that you have a grasp of what media buying is)
• interested in numbers along with strong communications skills
• a problem solver on a quest to find and suggest solutions
• aware of how the work they do impacts business outcomes
• able to to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• not afraid to fail and will test and learn, you can set out a hypothesis and report on results
