The Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Manager to join our rapidly growing Marketing Team and shake up our social strategy.
Through continued analysis of campaign performance and iteration, you will look to increase awareness, grow sales, and maximise ROI. There is no doubt that this is a difficult role and a big challenge, but for the right person, it is a perfect opportunity to develop and test yourself at a company that demands a lot but will back you.
Key responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in all paid media activity working with the Head of Marketing to devise and implement a strategy for growth across all key products
- Working with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the company’s acquisitions strategy globally
- Plan and implement a roadmap for Paid Search and Paid Social
- Management initially of a team of 2 with the opportunity to grow the team in the future, as required to deliver continued growth and improvements on ROI
- Development and optimisation of global search campaigns, setting a structure for the account to allow them to scale effectively
- Management of paid social advertising, working closely with our in-house Creative teams to create effective and engaging ads for all products
- Work closely with the in-house video production and design team, briefing in required assets to support key marketing campaigns, managing the process to make
- Devise and implement regular reporting, giving visibility to senior marketing teams on the traffic, CPA, ROI, and overall performance of core marketing channels
- Use data to identify opportunities for growth across new and existing channels
- Work closely with the content manager and CRM manager to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns across all channels
- Be proactive in feeding in suggesting site improvements to increase conversion rate and improve the ROI of paid marketing activities

Salary: £40k – £50k DOE
Hybrid working available once you have passed your probation.
Expected salary: £40000 – 50000 per year
