The Role

As the Paid Media Manager, you will spearhead our client’s paid media efforts with a substantial annual budget in the millions. This role offers a unique chance to be on the frontlines of a dynamic business, contributing to its high-paced growth. Your impact will be pivotal as we scale, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of paid advertising strategies on Adwords and Display platforms.
  • Optimize and dissect PPC campaigns with a focus on driving down CPAs (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Take ownership of a substantial annual budget of £2.5 million, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, refining strategies based on tangible analytics.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of PPC, utilizing expertise to overcome technical challenges and contribute to business growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and ambitious environment, working towards the company’s high-growth ambitions.
  • Scale up and navigate the dynamic landscape of a consumer tech role, leveraging past experience to contribute to the company’s success.
  • Actively contribute to the vibrant start-up culture, ensuring your voice is heard in this collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • In-depth expertise in all aspects of PPC, including campaign dissection, optimization, A/B testing, and CPA reduction.
  • A driven and ambitious attitude is essential for success in this role.
  • Previous experience in a similar consumer tech position, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling up.
  • Handling monthly PPC budgets of £100k or more.
  • Ability to showcase past performance, detailing technical challenges overcome during previous growth missions.
  • Enthusiasm for consumer tech and its dynamic landscape.
