Job description: We are currently looking for an experienced paid media professional to join my client based in West London. The successful candidate will report to the management team, oversee paid media accounts, and ensure that client and company objectives are met. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, regularly monitor industry trends and analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend strategic improvements.

Location: West London (FULLY REMOTE)
Salary: £40,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies (Search, Social, and Display
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and profitable keywords to target in PPC campaigns.
- Write effective ad copy and develop compelling landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to achieve better performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the client’s campaigns are always up-to-date and competitive.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy development and campaign optimisation.
- Create and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights, to clients and the team.
- Contribute to development of paid media onboarding, workflow and process to improve paid media management efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to new business proposals and pitches.
Requirements:
- 2 years of commercial experience in Paid Media Management
- Bachelor’s degree+
- Campaign optimization, A/B testing, and understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Advertising/Digital Agency Experience is highly desirable
- Experienced with the latest marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Good understanding of Excel, Data Studio and other analysis tools
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
