Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the in-house solicitors with all aspects of housing management including housing disrepair cases, anti-social behaviour matters, gas and access injunctions and possession
  • Provide key administrative skills including creating records and updating trackers and diaries
  • Drafting documents including court applications, correspondence and witness evidence
  • Being a pro-active member of the in-house legal services team
  • Liaising with other departments to gain understanding and progress matters

Qualifications and experience:

  • You will have completed a degree in law, or a law conversion course
  • You may have worked in housing or with social housing residents
  • You will have an understanding of client care and be committed to the highest standards of professional practice and ethics
  • Demonstrate commitment to the corporate values
