Job description

Our client is centralising their administration teams due to mergers and acquisitions and are keen to bring a Paraplanning Team Leader to bring together people and processes.

Role responsibilities:

  • First line leader to ensure excellent service is provided to both clients and Advisers
  • Working environments run efficiently whilst also being a safe and motivational place to work
  • Each office is visited in person weekly to spend time with the team members
  • Ensure offices are staffed adequately
  • Identify and manage development needs of individuals
  • Manage individual performance
  • Hold development reviews
  • Coaching and training

Experience required:

  • Similar background within a large IFA practice
  • Teamwork
  • Problem solving
  • Self-management
  • Leading change
  • Being results-driven
  • Learning and development
