Job description: We are recruiting a part-time NHS and Private Dentist with an active NHS performer number to work within one of our clients’ busy mixed dental practices, based in Melksham, in Wiltshire.
The Work Hours
- The position is available on a part-time basis –
- Surgery space available: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (8:30am to 5:30pm), and Saturdays (9am to 1pm)
About this Practice & Team
- The practice is situated in a large building with five spacious surgeries, located in the town centre, with a bus-stop and nearby residential parking.
- This busy practice offers disability access, rotary endo, digital x-rays, scanner, air-conditioned surgeries, NHS treatment includes emergency appointments, check-ups, routine work and maintenance of general oral health. The practice also offers several private treatments; from 6-Month-Smile, white fillings, veneers, inlays, Implants, Therapist and Hygienist services.
- This practice offers an experienced Practice Manager, a Mentor Dentist, long-standing Clinicians, experienced Dental Nurses and dedicated Hygienists / Therapists.
About You
- You will be completing NHS and private work within this role so you will need to hold a GDC registration and NHS Performer number to be considered for this role.
- You have 2 clinical references, a recent enhanced DBS certificate, HepB immunisation, Professional Indemnity Insurance, and your CPD certificates.

- Flexible UDA Contract: up to 6000 UDA per annum available
- UDA Rate: £12.00 – £13.00 per UDA, negotiable (dependent on experience)
