Job Description

The position of part-time Conference and Accommodation Administrator at Magdalen College has become available. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a small team responsible for the management of all student accommodation, booking and overseeing of College events, conferences, dinners along with other types of events.

Applicants should be proactive and organised, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, with experience of administration. Excellent organisational skills are required with a good attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritise a complex diary and multiple commitments and the ability to deal with a range of different events and unforeseen circumstances, calmly and efficiently.
